Nick Smith Nick purchased the company in 2011. He previously trained at Coopers & Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers) where he became qualified with ICAEW in 1990. He worked at a senior level for C&L until leaving to set up his own practice Smith Austin Chartered Accountants in Barnsley. However since purchasing Rogers and Whiteley he now spends the majority of his time at South Elmsall whilst his business partner Emma Austin looks after Smith Austin. He has a wealth of experience in all areas of financial accounts and taxation.
